An exceptionally comfortable bed and an impressive and fairly quiet room overall. Marvellous location with parking on site.

Perfect location of the hotel to the main shopping strip. We loved the room, it was spotless and a nice size with balcony. The best part where the very professional and genuinely helpful stuff.

The location was marvellous, for example, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies was not very far from the hotel. The property was the best base for enjoying a super nice area.

The room was brand-new and huge, offered a fireplace, a balcony, and a whirlpool. And the facilities were clean! The staff was very professional and genuinely helpful, took good care of everyone. The location was comfy and I could use free parking onsite. This hotel was in a very very nice area very close to Parkway, and an excellent restaurant next door for breakfast.

The rooms were impeccably clean with jacuzzi tub, everything was very good. Unbeatable location and outstandingly accommodating staff were a definite plus.

I greatly enjoyed the super nice area around the venue. I had fabulous new-fashioned room with balcony and a nice view of the mountains, for example.

Came in Gatlinburg to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was good home base for doing it. The location of the property was comfy as we were very close to all downtown activities and restaurants. Furthermore, close to all the attractions.

It was in a nice location with a stone-and-wood moonshine distillery nearby. The hotel was in a gorgeous area, so close to the restaurant downstairs.

The hotel of choice in Gatlinburg. Clean hip new property with exceptionally nice stuff. Favourable and excellant location, minutes from St Mary's Catholic Church. From the bus stop 5 minutes on foot. Great service, impressive and quiet room complete with balcony, a nice view.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to all the attractions and within walking distance of downtown. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a great shower and added amenities like a makeup towel and magnifying mirror. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The outdoor courtyard with its fire pit, rocking chairs, and hot tub is a perfect spot for relaxation.

We did experience some issues with the rates at check out, with the price being higher than initially quoted.

Location just next door to the center of town, entrance to the park and several restraunts and a lot of different types of entertainment. Good choice of food options within walking distance of the venue.
